How it works
- 1Choose a template and complete checkout. Free templates ask only for your email.
- 2You get a link to the Notion page straight away.
- 3Click Duplicate in the top-right corner of that page.
- 4The template is now yours. Rename it, change the colours, delete what you don't need.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Notion plan?+
No. Every template works on the free Notion plan. The free plan allows unlimited pages and blocks for personal use, which is all these templates need.
Can I use this on my phone?+
Yes. The templates are built with the Notion mobile app in mind. Board and table views scroll sideways on a small screen, which is normal Notion behaviour.
Will I get updates?+
Yes, for premium templates. When a template is improved you get the new version at no extra cost. Because your copy is separate from ours, you choose whether to duplicate the new version or keep yours as it is.
Can I resell or share a template?+
No. Your purchase is for your own use, personal or inside your own company. Reselling, redistributing or publishing a template as your own is not allowed.
What is the difference between free and premium?+
Free templates are complete, working systems. Premium templates add deeper automation: progress bars, status formulas that tell you what is late or due today, more pre-built views and page templates.
Refund policy
If a template is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why. We may ask one question about what did not fit, only so we can improve the template.
Because a Notion template is duplicated instantly and cannot be returned, we rely on trust here. Refunds are processed through the payment provider and usually appear within a few working days.
